Important Notice

On May 5th, 2019 Windows and MacOS will no longer permit access to CounterPath’s Licensing server for older versions of CounterPath Desktop and SDK software. The connection will become invalid as of this date and the Operating System will block the application from connecting to the service. As this is occurring within the Operating Systems, the only solution available is to move to a version that does not use this method.  

Our support for these versions is limited to assisting customers to move to newer versions.

Affected Product Versions

Bria 4 users

Bria 4 users can update to Bria 4.8 through the following links.  Bria 4 is End of Life and not available for new sales, nor is it receiving any updates.  We recommend updating to the current supported version.

Note:  Bria 4 is not supported  on Sierra, High Sierra or Mojave.   These operating systems were released after the End of Life for Bria 4.   It does run on operating systems that were current during its availability, El Capitan and lower.  Bria 5 is supported on Sierra or higher.  

Bria 3 Users

As Bria 4 has now been removed from sale for several years, Bria 3 users must update directly to Bria 5.  

Bria 2.5 Users

As Bria 3 has now been removed from sale for many years, Bria 3 users must update directly to Bria 5.  

eyeBeam Users

Bria 5 is the replacement product for eyeBeam .

Upgrade Pricing
